Foot Vibration

Just yesterday, when ever I move my foot up and down, i feel some kind of tremor or creaking from what seems to be a nerve on the top of my foot. It "Buzzes" every time I move my foot up and down. And it's feels like it the same nerve. Does anyone know what this is and what causes it? And if possible, how to cure it? Because, it's getting very annoying.

It could be caused by fallen arches. You don't have to be old or overweight for that to happen.
It could be a sign of diabetes.
I recommend seeing a podiatrist or a gp and having that checked out.
If it's fallen arches it could lead to worse problems.
