Head Pressure Thightness

2 weeks a go pressure/thightness on top of my head i am not alergic to anything, 8 months a go a ringing sound started in my ears the pain is almost not there but the pressure like feeling is bothering me i have it almost each day but not all the time i also have weird sleeping habits where i rest my head and neck on my arm i dont balance my meals i am 18 student curently in progress of getting my license a bit stressed out and paranoid cus of these feeling i also have been diagnoses with migrain at the age of 11
