Head and body shaking/jolting?

For about a week I've been experiencing little body jolts when I move. All I have to do is turn my head towards something and it feels like something's jolting or just simply moving in my head or chest for a second. There's no pain along with it, maybe a little dizziness but it'll only last for like a second. I do have a history of seizures. I experience simple partial seizures every month and I actually had one today but I've never experienced this before. I also frequently get headaches, if that's at all helpful.. A week ago I got a HIDA scan and that's when I started experiencing these jolts. I highly doubt that has anything to do with it, but that's just when it started happening. I also suffer from anxiety and I'm taking Paxil for it and I've been taking that for three months.

Any ideas to why this is happening? Am I doing something wrong? Does it have something to do with epilepsy or my headaches? Should I be worried? I've searched other forums but I haven't found anything that's really helpful so any input would be great.
