Head confusion

I have been feeling confused for a few days, I have slight problems with visual acuity, when I shake my head from side to side, I feel dizzy, and I am so silted. Recently, I was under a lot of stress but it was 3 weeks ago and these symptoms are now. What could it be? I'm 22 years old male. I had this symptoms one year ago but it last 2 months and it passed.

There is something called benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), which really just means the sudden sensation that you're spinning or that the inside of your head is spinning. It happens by specific changes in the position of your head, and it's rarely dangerous, unless it causes falls.

You can also get dizzy if something is going on with your ears, like an ear infection, fluid in your ears from swimming, allergies, etc. Ears play a big role in balance.
