Head pressure, collapse

I am in hospital due to multiple seizures/severe confusion and recently changed epilepsy meds whilst been in to clobazam but am getting head pressure not a headache that intensifies and i end up collapsing and also finding that some days they cannot wake me up and oxygen brings me round. (Obs and 02 sats are fine)

I do have stage 2 moderate left ventricle diastolic dysfunction
And possible cardiac syndrome x.
As been getting symptoms of angina and angiogram clear.
No one seems to be doing anything.

I am not seeing anyone re heart now and need to get 2nd opinion for that.
But its the head pressure/collapse.

I have temporal lobe epilepsy and mesial temporal sclerosis.

Thanks.
Not done tilt table test.
My ward dr is cardiac dr but not done anything. Even though do have left ventricle diastolic dysfunction and poss microvascular angina.
The neuro team dont want to know unless its my epilepsy. They havent a clue.

They are doing standing and lying down bld pressure and its mixed at the moment.

Looks like i may be discharged on monday without answers.

Its pressure building up sending me weird and i end up collapsing and then repeats.

Have they done a tilt table test?

Looked at autonomic functions? POTS is a possibility....as well as a CSF obstruction is the spine can cause an excess build up of CSF and cause such pain and black outs...

See a cardiac Dr and make sure your heart is ok...and then try a NL to see if it is a neuro issue
