Head twitching, tinnitus, visual disturbances, neck crackling?

I will just give a timeline of my symptoms, I appreciate any help I can get.

I am a 21 year old female.

2 days after getting adjusted at the chiropractor, my head started twitching. These are just random twitches, resembling a super mild tic or something. I’ve also just had twitching throughout my body, which may or may not be related.

I also started hearing this type of crackling noise in my neck/brain stem area that is not associated with movement, I can be completely still and hear it.

Over these past few weeks, tinnitus has started and gotten worse -- I have it both constantly and those intense flare ups that last ~5 seconds. I have been having visual disturbances such as visual snow, black dots in my periphery, very apparent eye floaters, and recently blurry vision. And occasional pain behind my eyes. Just in the past day or so, I have experienced lightheadedness but only when standing up quickly.

The right side of my neck has been sore on and off and I have had random sharp pains in the back of my head on my right side. Also, I don't know if this is related, but I have a pinching feeling in my heart very occasionally and only when I’m very anxious. At some point had pain in my right collarbone.

I also had symptoms of a pinched nerve in my right arm, hand, and shoulder, that with certain exercises, like chin tucking, the pain dramatically reduced. During that time, the pain moved to my left arm as well, which is interesting because usually pinched nerve pain is only on one side.

I got an xray at my chiropractor, which came back fine. I also got a CT scan at the ER and they found no vascular issues or damage. I have normal blood pressure and have been taking high amounts of highly absorbed magnesium orally and topically along with l-glutathione for detoxification in case I have mold toxicity, and ice on neck and black seed oil for possible inflammation.

I have been trying to look online to see who else has symptoms of this. Things that have come up are muscle issues with the scalene muscles, bone being out of place behind the eyes (?), or a general injury in neck, ankylosing spondylitis, mold exposure, lyme disease, chiari malformation, CSF leak, persistent migraine aura. None of these explicitly mention head twitching. The chiro and ER doctor suggested there might be a muscle that is irritated causing the twitching, but couldn’t explain how that relates to my other symptoms and just referred me to an eye doctor. I believe all of my symptoms are related though -- they have all come abruptly in a matter of 3 weeks. I have scheduled an appointment with my pcp, an eye doctor, and am trying to get a neurology appointment. Maybe I should go to an orthopedic as well?

Any help is appreciated -- I'm struggling so much, especially since I have no idea what is going on and I feel gaslit by the doctors I've seen so far.
