Headache,dizziness, vision trouble

I am a 30 year old healthy female.  Lately I have been having these dizzy feelings where I just feel off a little.  I also am having pain and pressure in my ears. They are accompanied by headaches and I have been having vision trouble.  I can see everything OK but I feel as if my eyes are crossing which causes my head to hurt more.  I have beento the eye doctor recently and nothing has changed.  I have been to the doctor for blood work because I was having numbness/tingling in face and hands.  Everything cam out negative.  Could you tell me if there is a specialist I should see and what the problem could be?  It is just an unsettling feeling and the headaches can be annoying.

! have suffered migrains(of which lasting 12-36 hours, with vomiting) my whole life.(I am 40) recently diagnosed with caloital headache,I went first to eye exam, then reffered to eye doctor, who then reffered me to neurologist. when I lay down,on back of my head,my vision suddenly gets so blurred, some times it is followed by headache and burning (icey/hot) in my forhead.Have had that trouble for about 10 yrs. It's worsening.neurologist says I have a few buldging disks in neck, and hardening of arteries of my brain, but can find no reason or explanation for eye trouble,he gave me 2 or 3 MRI and MRA. I am considering ditching them all as I hoped to get someone capable of helping me after all these yrs.but get perscribed tons of crud.

I am 29 and have the same symptoms as posted. The symptoms have been getting worse over time. I wake up feeling fine, but after taking a shower and getting ready to go to work, I suddenly feel ill. My head starts pounding, my vison gets blurred, i feel nausea and sometimes vomit.I always feel thirsty and sometimes cough for no reason.I get dizzy and have an "unreal" sensation. I am not pregnent so that ruled out morning sickness. I get tingling sensations in my feet and have been fighting bouts of diarrhea. As the day goes on, I start to feel better, but still have an upset tummy and a dull pain in my head, usually on the left side. I get sharp pains in either my feet, fingers and ears. Blood test have come back negative.
I thought it may have something to do with the consumtion if Aspertame and an researching to see if stoping the use of this will minimize the symptoms.

I do have experience with Pseudotumor Cerebri.
I was originally diagnossed with PTC in 1994 when I was 24. The Spinal Tap showed that my Cerebrial-Spinal Fluid Pressure (CSF) was 54 cm of water. I was having total vision loss "blackouts" in my right eye. I weighed about 240 lbs and I did have some headaches, but they weren't too bad at the time. I had the surgery called Optic Nerve Sheath (Decompression)Fenstration and my symptoms seemed to disappear. They said I was all better and for years I never thought twice about it.
Until last summer. There were several weeks when it was like 90* even at night.  I seriously thought my brain was frying. I was so hot and dizzy and so uncomfortable, I landed in the ER twice. I had the most intense headache of my life and it lasted 2 soild months (and so did my period-which never happens.) It didn't take long for me to remember what that kind of headache felt like, I just had to find a doctor that would believe me and give me a spinal tap. And I did. My CSF was 43 cm in Sept 2005.
This time it is so much different. This time it is really bringing me down. I am 35 now and I weigh 350 lbs.  I am a single mom and I am having trouble doing my daily tasks like laundry, grocery shopping, house cleaning. I had to take a semester off from school and take a medical leave of absence from my job.
Since Sept 2005 I have been diagnosed (again) with PTC, Diabeties and Sleep Apnea. Also, I have been experiencing problems breathing and the doctors can't seem to figure out why. They have taken X-rays, EKG, Nuclear stress test, Echo, Pulmonary Function test, and they can't find a problem. They have even tested me for Rheumatoid, Lupus, Cancers, etc. It is good to know what I don't have wrong, but until then I have been going crazy!
My problem breathing seems to get worse when my headache is worse, even while resting. Almost as if, when the pressure is building up in my head it is putting pressure on the part of the brain that controls my breathing, makes sense, right? (like Central Sleep Apnea but when you are awake) I am convinced that it has something to do with PTC. Anyway, that's my recent theory, but I'm no doctor, I just know what my body is feeling and that it is REAL.
What I do know is that PTC a rare condition and that it manifests itself differently in each person. Also, these doctors are not GOD'S and they do not have all the answers. We need to be proactive in dealing with our condition and not rely too much on a "miracle cure." Alot can be said for prayer & meditation, diet & exercise, education & support.

Hi There, I'm 23 and I've had dizziness for the past 7 months, I used to ride horses and had a few falls when I was younger. Not sure if this is the reason though. I wear glasses and feel better if I wear my contacts. Although I still have the problem, and have stopped alot of my driving don't feel to safe when I do. I have had a CT Scan, various bloods tests, my eyes checked again (as the optometrists though I may have just needed stronger glasses, which isn't the case) and been to 2 Chiropractors and 2 physios. I worry a far bit maybe its stress but I've told about four doctors about my problem but they think I'm just nuts.
