Heavy foot and twitches in hand

Six weeks ago I noticed my right foot felt heavier than my left. I'd also just had a lot of stress so I tried to ignore it, but it persists. There's nothing to see, I can do everything I want and sometimes it goes away, but the ankle and calf feel tight and heavy most of the day.
Three weeks ago I also started to twitch in my right hand. It's tiny twitches somewhere between my index and middle finger. It's a couple of twitches per hour.
It's made me very nervous since I always tend to worry about my health. I also feel that my hand is a bit heavy but maybe I'm just imagining this because I'm worried so much. Does this sound like MS or ALS? I'm a 32yo woman.
