Help for next step spondylosis

i have had mris/ ct scans and a spinal tap
results are cervical sponylosis, lumbar stenosis, tremors, and  auto immune disorder, yet none of the specialists have referred me to anyone for treatment. only prescribed propranolol to help with the bobblehead and body tremors.
What kind of dr. should I seek help from?
I have been down with this since sept 24th 2010 and out of work..about to become homeless cause can't pay my rent etc

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. You need to see a neurologist at the earliest for both the cervical spondylosis and lumbar stenosis which could be causing multiple, widespread neurological symptoms. There is a mention of a autoimmune disorder , possibly multiple sclerosis, since spinal tap and MRI brain have been done. Check with the neurologist of the medical facility that you can avail. Take care and best regards.
