Help me please. I don't know whats wrong

I have hyperreflexia, clonus, and a positive Hoffmans sign but none of the Dr's can tell me what's wrong. I have had 5 mri's, 6 x-rays, 2 cat scans, and a nerve conduction study. The Dr's haven't found 1 thing that would be causing any of this. Everyday it gets harder and harder to walk. I have horrible balance and fall a lot. I can barely lift my legs and, unless I make myself, I lead with my toes when taking a step instead of my heal. My first encounter was about 6 years ago when trying to jog across the street 1 night when I was bar hopping with my wife my right leg just seemed to stop and stick to the ground. As quickly as it happened it went away and I went on with my night. Then a few years later, about 3 or 4 years ago I was trying to jump and it happened again. It was like my right foot was cemented to the ground. After that the company I worked for went under and I decided to become a truck driver and ever since my problems have gotten significantly worse. The twitching started and now I can barely walk. I'm lost on what to do and scared to death that I will be in a wheelchair by the end of the year. I have been driving truck for the last 2 and a half years and my problems get worse every day. I have yet to find a video or anything that shows someone walking like I walk. Please is there anyone else out there
