Help needed-Lot of head pain

Since 45 days i have horrible head pain and discomfort in the head.
Some times pain on the center,some time one side,when i press with finger its more pain.
My MRI came normal today,TSH is normal 1.75,D-Vitamin 36.I am on Levothyroxin 88mcg,LYRICA 75mg,D-Vit 50000 IU/per two weeks and B12 1000 mcg/day.Till now Hopothyroid and Fyabromyalgia diagnised.So many lab tests done sofar.

What other things causing for my issues.?

Help needed,do appreciate.

My symptoms are muscle pains around the head,also i have pain near eyes and fore head.

what's Trigeminal neuralgia ?

Who'll do the test for Trigeminal neuralgia  ?

I have visited Nuerologist last week,suggested MRI which also came back normal.
My Nuerologist mentioned Hypothyroid/Fyabro could be the reasons,but for last one year i was good.Recently started these issues.

I agree as binder58. it could be a CSF leak or it could be something else. I had awful headaches for a long time, worse when i bent over or coughed that kind of thing. Finally was admitted to hospital, had ct of brain, which was normal but they did a lumbar puncture and I had a high opening CSF pressure, they then diagnosed Benign Intracranial Hypertension, they said a lumbar puncture is the only way of diagnosing this. I am now on treatment, which will hopefully work, if not i will need surgery. But at least I have found out what is wrong, that I wasn't ''imagining'' the headaches all along. Keep persisting on until you find out what is wrong with you. Good luck

you could have a CSF leak...they would have to do MRI of the cervical, or MRI of Lumbar or both.  Have you had any surgeries lately?  Have you seen a neurologist?  One that specializes in headaches, preferably
