Help symptons

I started going to neurolgist for headaches prior to that pmd for slight lightheadeness, headaches, slight dizziness some of the pa's said sinus then i kept going dr send me neuro he then took a mri with  & without contrast showed some white matter had eek sligh abnormality  gave me baby aspirin a day then went to rheumatoligist tested for lyme & lupus came back neg but positive for anticardiolipin coagulants meaning from what they say suceptible for clotting but never  had a clot then sent me to hematologist same results but because no clot they wont put me on a blood thinner except thru any surgery neuro gave to topamax which dont like and just stopped next step is monitoring me with eeg for a day or a couple days the neuro seems stumpted.
i get like spells (head rushes a slightest bid of lightheaded and my eyes are so sensitive to light bright lights make me squint a bid and driving at night. today its bad heavy head feeling so weak feeling and black circles under eyes what a christmas day it  is awful.im 41 i do have hypothryoid & thalasemia minor & gerd.
any advice or anyone with knowledge of where to go or what to do or now to be tested for?

I too have positive anticardiolipids for the past 8 years and never had a blood clot. Hemotologist put me on a baby aspirin a day. So far so good.  I don't know how high your range is but mine is 27 which is moderately high.  I also get some of the same symtoms you get, but not related to the anticardiolipids.

Consider a stroke specialist at a major academic center who can help review your MRI, lab work (hard for me to interpret without knowing the lab's normal values, but macroscopically looks abnormal) and clinical history in detail.  Depending on what they find, you may need to be on more aggressive therapy. The symptoms may or may not be related to the same underlying problem, meaning you may have concomitant migriaine headaches. If that's the case, then appropriate treatment should be initiated. If you neurologist is "stumped" as you say, then a second opinion may be helpful in bringing some new ideas to the table. Good luck.
