Help understanding results of brain MRI please...?

I dropped off copies this afternoon to my doctor because he didn't receive them yet but now that I read my results, can someone please help. For a little background, I've been having bad back spasms and pain 6 months, I'm 25 years old, male, recently have been having leg cramps, headaches and have been referred to pain management and physical therapy. However, 6 months later, I don't know whats wrong.

MRI of the brain without and with contrast.
Clinical History: Headaches, Cervical & Lumbar pain w/ radiculopathy

Contrast Agent MULTICHANGE (15ML) IV

Findings:
There is no evidence of intracranial hemorrhage.
There is no mass, midline shift or extra axial fluid collection seen.
Ventricles sulci appear normal in size and configuration for age.
There are flow voids in the major intracranial arteries implying patency - this is one I am wondering about?
Thre is a large mucosal retention cyst involving the right maxillary sinus.

My lower lumbar spine was also scanned (MRI) and a bulge was found at L4-L5 with minimal bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. - that may explain some of my symptoms but does the above scan indicate anything with my brain? I believe I was being tested for MS and other neuropathic conditions but I've been a bit in the dark and it's frustrating.

I am sure it is not that ur PCP is trying to brush u off, but this may be out of his range to comment, and it is his job to refer u to a specialist when needed, and he has done so....A NL is the Dr to see, but ur PCP is one to manage all  of ur medical files and makes sure all Drs have all ur important info to date.

I understand u r frustrated, but neuro issues r not always easy to get dx'd.

Hang in there and I pray u get answers soon.

will be going in to see a doctor Friday, a new referral to a neurologist, its frustrating because not once has my primaru doctor addressed anything. Its as if he just wants my issue off his plate. Ill see the pain clinic on Friday who ordered the tests and go from there. Hope to hear from the community on here if you have a moment to respond.
