Help with understanding brain mri, please

I am waiting on my Dr to get back to me but they are quite hard to get a hold of. In the meantime can anyone explain what my results mean or what things I should ask or tests to take? Thank you!

There is a 2.5 mm linear focus of increased T2 signal within the subcortical white matter of the right precentral gyrus which enhances. There is also a punctate 1 mm focus of increased T2 signal within the subcortical white matter of the left superior frontal lobe which also enhances.

Couple foci of nonspecific white matter signal changes which enhances. Some of the differential consideration
can include small foci of demyelination and vasculitis.
