These symptoms commonly happen when you get stressed out for so many days. You should take proper 8 hrs sleep with good nutritious diet which will effectively energize your body as well as mind too. Try to opt organized way of living. Do regular meditation to relax your body. If you follow these things then these symptoms will not occur anymore. But at present if your symptoms are hampering your routine schedule then visit some doctor for the remedy.

You need to provide a bit more information.  What you describe could be symtoms of many things.
What type of health problems, if any, do you have?  Have you sought professional help?
What's happened recently in your life of significance, if anything?
Since I know them so well...these symptoms can be anxiety or depression...but as I said, could be just about anything since they are so common.
Let us know, we're happy to help..
