Hello Dear,
You should see a neurologist and go in for MRI to know the pathology and diagnose the cause.Do not presume anything on your ownit could be due to several reasons like ,spinal stenosis,MS ,degenerative spine changes. Get a neurological examination and other nerve conduction studies done to evaluate the cause. These include imaging techniques, such as MRI, spinal taps or lumbar punctures examination of the cerebrospinal fluid that runs through the spinal column, evoked potentials and laboratory analysis of blood samples .Also get your blood pressure levels monitored to rule ourt hypertension and get an ECG done to study the electrical activity of heart.
You should get the above tests done and see a good neurologist Try taking a good B complex vitamin. If you have a deficiency, the symptoms will get better quickly.

Hi,
How are you?
Your symptoms are indicative of peripheral neuropathy. Tingling numbness and loss of sensations can occur in peripheral neuropathies like diabetic polyneuropathy or due to nutritional deficiency of vitamin B.
Another cause could be nerve compression.
The exact cause can be identified by only a neurological examination and tests like CT scan or MRI.
Hope this helps!
