Hey everyone. Originally I though i had Lybrinthithis, can someone help me?

I went to several ENTs. Did MRI, blood test (CES, TSH), hearing test. All was fine. It started like two months ago when I had spontaneous attacks of vertigo, followed by temporary deafness in my left ear. Within 30 seconds it all disappeared. The first time I was left with tinnitus which I still have today. The spontaneous attacks happened once every two weeks approximately. All doctors related it to stress, but something was wrong. Like two weeks ago the symptoms progressed to feeling slightly unbalance (constantly not that bad tho just good enough for me to notice), tinnitus, fullness in left ear, poping in both ears,  pulsating back of head, swollen tonsils, loss of breath at time, sudden heart palpitations on bed and I feel the attacks may come on from time to time still. It could be anxiety so  I reduce my salt intake and caffeine.  My current ENT suggested to do a full blood work up this time, still waiting the results. Does anyone have similar issues?

Dear Kiran,
lot of info should be gathered before a diagnosis could be made I'd suggest you head to a neurologist as well to rule out Vertebrobasilar insufficiency (sometimes MRA rather than MRI is more useful for a more subtle case).
