I cant sneeze, or yawn!

I cannot sneeze or yawn! I am just a kid. Right after I went to my bff's sleepover, at night, my mum gave me hot chocolate to drink. After that, I had trouble yawning. I can't stop yawning, and if I don't try to yawn, it just gets cramps it up  my throat. Please help me in any way.

Hi there.  You should talk to your parents.  Not being able to yawn is actually a sign of a neurological issue.  But the rest of your post is confusing me.  If you can't stop yawning, that's normal when tired like you would be post sleep over.

IF you are meaning 'when you feel a yawn coming you are unable to stop your self from yawning' then that is perfectly normal and nothing for you to be concerned about.

You should find the confidence to talk to your mum or dad about these types of things so they can help reasure you about all the weirdly normal things you may experience as you are growing up.

Hope that helps.........JJ
