I had terrible electrical shock type pain after coughing

I am scared. I don’t know if I should go to the hospital. I was just coughing & experienced extremely sharp electrical shock type pain in my chest, back, & down both of my arms from the shoulder to the elbow. This shock type pain lasted over 5 minutes. Now, I am having terrible pain in my neck & upper back & stinging in the top of both feet. I feel very weak.                                 My past medical history includes a cervical fusion C5-7 in 2009. I am 46 years old with no history of heart problems, high blood pressure or diabetes.
I don’t know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
