I have acute skin sensitivity, and need your advice.

Almost 12 months ago I began experiencing a hyper sensitivity to my skin.  I can feel micro-organisms (dust mites, etc.) on my body.  This is not phantom.  I've had an MRI of the brain, completed many blood tests, allergy tests,  and seen many specialists.  I started a diet (GAPS) to work on my gut as it's believed I have bad bacteria and possibly parasites feeding.  Through this diet, ECT and cleaning my environment - I've been able to curb this affliction from severity.  However, I still "feel" microbes on me every day.

I am requesting any advice as to a next step?  Is there a particular specialist that can deal with this?  Is there a magic elixir out there :)?
