I have both Tarsal and Carpal Tunnel and want to know why I have both?
I have Hashimotos and hypothyroidism.

I am not sure there is an answer to your question.....Many times carpal tunnel is associated with repetative motion....certain jobs or actions can be the root cause....I do not know that Hashimoto's which is a autoimmune thyroid condition would be a factor in your wrists and ankels....but I am not a medical professional.
Do seek the advice of your Dr as he/she is better familiar with your medical history to better advise you.
