I need help. It could possibly be neurological

I have been sick for about 2 years now. I am a 23 year old male. No doctor seems to be able to help me and I am struggling so hard. I need help figuring out this issue. My main symptoms are as follows:

Mucus in the back of my throat / nose

Constant coughing / clearing of throat
Wake up with mucus in lungs and it hurts to breathe in
My mouth taste weird a lot.
Every once in a while / sinus pressure
Exhausted beyond just tired. When I get tired my eyes feel so heavy.
Heat flashes. Also I can't be in heat I become extremely exhausted

These are other symptoms I have that may be entirely in realated but no doctor can figure out my issue with my main symptoms.


Arms fall asleep every night.
My neck cracks and gets really stiff and hurts.
I have have headaches in the back of my head.
I have Tourette syndrome
My muscles always feel great when I stretch (as in when I wake up in the morning and stretch)
I sometimes have digestive issues. Pain/bloating/discomfort.
I defecate 4-5 times a day and urinate 6-7 times a day
I have no desire to do things that I used to really want to do (I.e play lacrosse, go walking on the beach, go out at night and drink)
Eye crust in the morning
Coffee makes me real sweaty and makes my eyes heavy and hurt.
My fine motor control feels off and also I feel like I'm becoming dumber.
After I eat my cough gets worse sometimes

Tests that have shown negative:

allergy testing
colonoscopy
all blood disease testing (I.e mono, TB, STD's, etc)
upper endoscopy
nasal scope
x ray of the chest / sinuses
ct scan of the chest / sinuses
eye examination
and many many more tests I can't remember.

the only thing that has been found is I am missing my pneumococcial titers.
