I think I have a tumor behind my eye but no one will help

Hello , first I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my post.

I am 28 , Im physicly fit and healthy , but I have a problem with my right eye.
For around five years I keep noticing my right eye is white on photos , It usualy happens when my left is red.
Also when eating I sweat profoundly from the right side of my face, the left side would be dry.
One more thing is my right pupil is bigger that my right , and it is quite noticeable.

Thank you

Hi there. These are typical signs of horner’s syndrome which is a clinical syndrome caused by damage to the sympathetic nervous system. Signs seen in all on the affected side of the face are partial drooping of the upper eyelid, anhidrosis or decreased sweating of affected side of the face, enophtholmos or sunk look of the eye, loss of ciliospinal reflex and blood shot conjunctiva.  This can be seen as difference in eye color between the two eyes due to lack of sympathetic stimulation interfering with melatonin pigmentation. Consult a neurologist for further evaluation. Take care.
