Hi there. Get a detailed ophthalmological and neurological examination done to check if there is an organic cause for these symptoms since it is better to be safe than sorry. Your symptoms could be due to aura associated with migraine headaches, which are usually visual blurring, double vision, etc. it could also be due to a migraine variant called ocular migraine. Third cranial nerve examination and the posterior chamber of the eye examination is also imperative. Your visual symptoms could all be due to anxiety and panic attacks too. Hope this helps .take care.
You should have your eyes checked out and perhaps a physical as well.
Anxiety and panic attacks sometimes cause vision problems but usually not the type you describe. Get them checked out.
