If anyone could give some advise

I hope this is the right section to post this. This problem has been giving me a lot of problems in my life and it has come to a point where I’m unable to work when it happens. This has been going back for at least 2 years with episodes coming and going but generally getting worse each time. I will wake up with the room spinning to the point I could not get up followed by a feeling of vomiting all day long this would always be accompanied by a throbbing head pain sounds ridiculous but it felt like it was inside my brain. This would happen very often and it’s strange because I never even had a headache before these episodes not even a minor headache. Fast forward to now I’m having terrible pressure in the head followed by a costant noise almost like a can hear my pulse I’m not able to concentrate when I try to go get something from the kitchen it takes me so long to actually finish a task because I get confused while doing it I’ve been having to take naps during the day because I just can’t hold it and seem to get extremely tired also keep having abdominal twitching not sure if this has anything to do with it but it’s pretty creepy and it’s not just a 1 time thing. I don’t know what to make of this I’ve never had a history of health problems I have perfect health I would like some advice on what I should do I’ve been thinking of seeing my GP but will most probably dismiss this and tell me to take painkillers which do absolutely nothing. I forgot to add that during the first episodes of this it got so bad that my partner had to go with me during the day to see a doctor because I couldn’t function by myself as in not being able to understand if cars were coming in my direction I was just completely gone which I find extremely scary. I will try to keep notes and timeline if things that have happened so I can be more organised with this in future. Thank you for reading my long unorganised post
