I'm having a sort-of numbed sense of touch?

For the past few days I've had a somewhat muted sense of touch all over my body. What I mean by this is that if I were to pinch myself, I wouldn't feel it as much as I normally do. This is the same for other areas of my body, including my face. If I try to wipe my nose with my hand, I can barely feel it. This is incredibly strange for me. To go along with this, I also feel rather disoriented a lot of the time. I don't feel real, somewhat. I think it's important to mention that I had marijuana over the weekend, but not very much at all. I'm sure the effects would not last this long, but the numbed feeling is similar to how I felt when I was high.
