I have a chronic cough from being ashtmatic and a smoker. Obviously I need to quit smoking. I'm a 33yr old male about 50lb overweight (6'4, 250). However, my recent concern is that I get 1-2 week long cough attacks like twice a year, and during these attacks, I am getting increased episodes of vertigo and shakes. In other words, I'll have a violent cough and I'll get extremely light headed and an 'out of body' type feeling and I can feel my hands shaking back and forth, like Mohammed Ali with his Parkinsons. This lasts about 5-20 seconds. I'm going to try and see a doctor soon but has anyone heard of this?
