Is it ok to travel by air with no spinal fluid?

After two months of headaches, double vision and back pain, all MRIs came back clear.  Except one that showed the Dura layer of my brain is inflamed.  I had a Lumbar puncture test to get fluid to test for why this is happening.  However, after three attempts, they could not extract any fluid.  Will be seeing a neurologist to examine a possible leak.  But I travel for work and don't know if traveling one the next two weeks is wise.  Vehicle and Flying.
