Is this peripheral neuropathy?

For the past month I have been having some sharp needles feeling throughout my body.
The sensation is the same as if a needle stings your skin and it's very brief, like 1-2 seconds.
It happens mostly in feet and hands but at times I felt it on other parts of my body (neck, thighs, elbows).
It is not constant, I feel these needles roughly every 1-2 hours.
It's not painful, but it's annoying.
Additionally, the intensity or frequency has remained the same for the past month.

I have no muscle weakness, I have been working and practicing sports as usual.

Is this peripheral neuropathy or something else?
