Is this some type of Autoimmune disorder?

I have had for two years a progression of symptoms that now almost are constant. It started out with tingeling and numbness of my hands, feet, and parts of my face. These symptoms would last a few weeks then start to diminish. Now they are getting worse and intensifying. I now have pain in my feet, ankles, hands, wrists, and legs. I also have mild swelling of the hands, feet, and ankles now. I had one episode of escessive swelling in my ankles. My legs feel heavy. Now I am feeling weakness in my arms, hands, fingers, legs, and feet. I am also shaky in my hands and feet. My lungs also have a shaky feeling and when I talk it seems to have a mild vibration that is irratating to my vocal cords but not painful. It does cause some difficulty breathing but different from asthma. I am experiencing fatigue, confusion, memory loss, and mood swings. I have had an MRI which showed no abnormalities of my brain. I have had a CAT scan of my spine. I have many multiple lesions on each area of  my cervical, lumbar and pelic area. I had a bone scan to rule out metastic cancer. I am also having some issues with my bladder. Going frequently, the urge to go but cannot, and not being able to empty my bladder completely. I have no pain other than pressure with my bladder and have taken a round of erythromycin. I also have a vaginal infection that I have now been treated with two times in the last month that I cannot get rid of. This may not be related as I have never had problems with this in the past. I also have extremely oily skin, hair, and acne which the doctor seems that may be a hormonal problem. I am 37 years old.  My doctor has ordered a Sedimentation Rate-Westergren, Comp. Metabolic Panel, Rheumatoid Arthritis Factor, TSH, FSH, LH, Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone, and a  CCP IGG Antibiodies. I have not had these test done as they are 500.00 and we have no insurance. If you have any advice on which direction to go please help as these symptoms are getting worse, I am in extreme pain and muscle relaxers have no affect. I mostly am in bed due to difficulty walking and balance and cannot function with normal daily routines. I am on Lamictal, Clonezapam, albuterol inhaler, singular, anti-diuretic, potassium. thank you.

Good news all of the above symptoms were from a severe vitamin B12 deficiency. I take weekly injections and the symptoms are going away. I now have issues with unequal pupils, pineal cyst, and an anuerisym. But at least I figured out one thing.

I looked up the Syringomyelia and the Hashimotos Thyroiditis. Wow, so many of the same symptoms can estabish so many different diseases. Neither one of those sound like fun. Well, I guess I am not having much fun now. But I wish it was an easy diagnosis and an easy treatment. I wish that for everyone.
Sincerely,
Shery

I had a bone scan of my entire body and a CAT scan of my cervical, lumbar, thoracic and pelvis. All areas have multiple lesions. My pelvis had 8 alone. No bulging disks or tethered cords. MRI of brain was fine. Complete spine and pelvis was fine other than lesions.

Physician said its not a yeast infection. She origionally diagnosed it as bacterial vaginosis but is stumped why the meds are not treating it. I have taken Flagyl and Cleocin and the antibiotic for this. I have never had a problem with this in the past. I have had problems with my kidneys before with excessive protein in urnine during pregnancy and in between. Sonogram of kidney showed left one odd shaped with lower pole enlarged but bladder was fine.

My TSH  is tested several times a year and is always in range but does swing from high to low and back as well as my potassium. She found these two from going back over old records. She said it was never flagged due to them always being in range. We have moved a lot for husbands career so I have had many Physicians. This one seems to be very thorough in looking at all my medical records.

Its just hard to get all the test with one in college and two high school girls and no insurance. So I try to do a few tests out of each paycheck which takes forever. I cannot believe how much blood tests are. My daughter had to have expensive tests done for diabetes but ended up having hypoglycemia. So you know how it is, always put your kids first. Its very frusterating though

Hi...did u also have MRI's of ur cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine?.....it is possible to have bulging disks or a tethered cord that could be causing ur bladder issues, pain ect....and there is another condition u may want to rule out...syringomyelia.

Are u sure the infection is not a yeast infection as a result of the antibiotic?......ask for Diflucan....it could be a result of the meds.

It is also totally possible to have an autoimmune issue going on like Hashimoto's thyroiditis...which is y ur dr RX'd an order for the TSH to be looked at.

Please post an update
