L5-s1 conentric bulging disc

I was in a car accident 5 months ago. While at a complete stop I got hit from behind going 55mph. Xrays and ct scans were normal. Mri of my lumbar spine showed normal discs but a concentric bulged disc at l5-s1 even though the l5-s1 disc has no degeneration or arthritic changes. Looks to be about 3cm bigger in diameter. Lower back pain. Tingling/numbing in legs, burning in back of right thigh, painful to sit more than 20 minutes, calf muscle spasms and low back muscle spasms. Bending, kneeling, etc exacerbates the back pain. By the end of the work day I'm in a lot of pain. Doing physical therapy but it isn't helping much, on my 12th session now. I've seen over a dozen doctors in the last 5 months and no one can give me answers. Redirecting me to other doctors who say the same thing. Spine specialist said bones look fine and I don't need surgery and directed me to a pain management doctor and told me to buy a back brace. He didnt mention the bulged disc from the initial mri review and said my pain sounded like soft tissue, which I thought the mri was there to see soft tissue damage. Medications aren't working. Been prescribed muscle relaxers, skeletal muscle relaxers, steroid dose paks, cortisone shot, nothing is helping. Even tried mixing advil/tylenol/ibuprofen together like they said and doesn't help. It's looking like I'm at the end of my rope and don't know what to do. It's a work comp claim so it's hard even getting appointments. Any recommendations as to who I might be able to see to get answers? Here is a link to my mri images on med dream viewer if you want to see them. Thank you for any information.
