Leg pain, leg twitches, and foot pain??

My sister has had an undiagnosed condition almost a year now :(  The main symptoms are leg pain (an 8 out of 10), leg twitching, daily, and also foot pain too (on bottom). All her tests , twice, have shown nothing. She is becoming more depressed  not knowing what this is, and why it's continuing. She's even wanted to 'end her life'. She is going to see a new PCP soon, and a psychiatrist too. ANY ideas ?????????????? (she is diabetic but they do not believe it is neuropathy). Thanks

A lot of leg and knee pain comes from the nerves in the hip region. If she does not exercise then Try visit a physiotherapist to learn some exercises and stretches that will help her improve the situation.
