FINDINGS:
Brain: = The previous right frontal craniotomy is again noted. Subjacent to this there is a peripherally enhancing surgical cavity at the anterior right parafalcine region as well as adjacent dural enhancement as before. There are a = couple of tiny nodules of enhancement along the inferior medial margin of the surgical cavity, less prominent than the nodule of enhancement seen in this area previously. There is similar appearing FLAIR hyperintensity anteriorly of the right frontal lobe around the surgical area as before. There is again evidence of moderate microvascular disease of the white matter bilaterally. No restricted diffusion is seen. No mass effect or midline shift= . No hydrocephalus.
Intracranial Flow Voids: Flow voids are seen in the intracranial portions of internal carotid, vertebral and basilar arteries
What does this mean "...FLAIR hyperintensity anteriorly of the right frontal lobe around the surgical area .."
What does this mean "....evidence of moderate microvascular disease of the white matter bilaterally"
What does this mean "Flow voids are seen in the intracranial portions of internal carotid, vertebral and basilar arteries".
Are all of the above "bad" or "good".?
