AXIAL: T2W

Anterior curciate ligament is normal
Patellar tendons and quadriceps are normal
Medial and leteral collateral ligaments are intact
T1W isointense, t2w hyperriintense signal is seen across the substance of posterior horn of media meniscus
Fluid in the supra patellar bursa
Popliteal fossa is normal
No fracture , no dislocation
Bony contusions in the posterior tibial plaaeau with chip fracture at posterior cruciate ligament.

IMPRESSION

Avulsion tear of tibal attchment of prsterior cruciate liament
Horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus
Supra patellar bursal effusion

1. You have a ligament tear of the posterior cruciate (attaches your thigh bone to your lower leg bone)  

2. A tear of the medial meniscus (between your thigh bone and lower leg bone; fibrocartilage that spans the knee joint)

3. Swelling of your bursa (a fluid-filled sac that helps with movement of your knee joints) above your knee cap

Doubt if this will NEVER involve surgery.  NO MEDICATIONS will "cure" this.  

You should be consulting an Orthopedic Specialist about this as soon as possible.
