MRI: Widening of horizontal fissure?

Hi, Can anyone help please? What does the following mean on a brain scan?

"Slight focal widening of the horizontal fissure is noted peripherally in the right cerrebellar hemisphere. No accompanying parenchymal signal change is shown"

Would could a widening here mean (symptom-wise and potentially diagnosis-wise)? What might a lack of parenchymal signal change rule out?

Many thanks!
(Ps my symptoms have been ataxia, slurred speech, extreme fatigue, dizziness)
