MRI findings in the lower back pain

There are degenerative changes of the lumbar spine which are greatest at the level of L-2 & L-3. At this level, there is severe degenerative change along the end plates of the vertebral bodies with a marked decrease in the intervertebral disk space. There is a moderate disk bulge creating moderated to severe central spine canal stenosis, moderate left neural foraminal narrowing, and mild right neural foraminal narrowing. There is spinal canal stenosis at the levels of L3 - L4 and L4-L5 as detailed above.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The report states that there is evidence of degenerative changes, moderate disk bulge and spinal canal stenosis of the lumbar vertebrae. This can cause compression of the nerves leading to pain in that segment. Therapy for spinal disorders can be conservative (nonoperative) and surgical (operative) management. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
