Migraines, sinus problem or apnea?

For the past 9 weeks I have been having daily headaches which are on the migraine spectrum (as a previous sufferer) in terms of intensity, pain, duration etc.   They have recently started in the evenings but also, and for the first 7 weeks ONLY occur at the exact same time in the middle of the night waking me from my sleep.  The nighttime attacks occur at the same time every night they happen and on occasion have left me shaking.  The pain runs from my right temple across the majority of the right side of my face with a visible throbbing vein in my temple.  The pain wakes me from sleep.  Alongside this I have continuos sinus (I think) issues whereby I am constantly bunged up and blowing my nose often to no avail... every 2-3 days I can clear out properly and it's thick lumps... shortly after the release of that I am once again bunged up and cycle repeats.  I have always had issues with my nose and have had two septoplasty operations to try to help.  Sleep wise, I have been made aware of the fact that my breathing is very erratic... a nurse friend of mine whilst we were on a hen do measured my respiration whilst I was asleep (?! Weirded me out a bit lol) and told me that I breathed very heavily and about 3 times more often than I should during the night, my mother has heard me do that and then apparently appear to stop entirely for enough time that it alarmed her....

I honestly don't know if any of these things are related but having read things online whilst trying to understand the recent severe headaches, maybe they are?

I'd appreciate any help or suggestions.... x
