Mild diffused cerebral atrophy

My mother complained of headaches but after consulting a physician the headaches stopped. But now she is seeing double images while looking down and sometimes in the sides as well. The eyes surgoen asked for a MRI : Brain with orbits. This is what her MRI report wrote :

" There is evidence of mild diffuse cortical atrophy involving both cerebral hemispheres with secondary enlargement of supratentorial sulci and cisternal spaces. However gray-white matter differentiation and signal abnormality is noted.

Both lateral ventricles and third ventricle are dilated, though they are normal in outline and shape. Septum pellucidum is in midline shift is observed. Bilateral basal ganglia and thalami are normal.

Brain stem and cerebellar hemispheres are showing normal morphology, signal intensity and outline. Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline position.

Major intracranial dural venous sinuses are showing normal outline and flow void.

Sella, supra sellar are para-sellar structures are normally visualized.

Both orbits with eyeballs and retrobulbar fat planes are normal in MR morphology and signal intensity. Bilateral extraoocular muscles are normal in thickness and configuration. Both optic nerves are normal in course and thickness wih normal optic canals. Optic chaisma is normal."

Impression : Mild diffuse cerebral atrophy.

Her age is 51 years, is there something to worry about in this report. I am a little scared,
