Mri help me understand

Kindly guide me

46 fem Hashimoto thyroiditis/migraines for almost 30 yrs.

Normal even low bp , don't smoke, don't drink, normal weight.

MRI RESULTS:

"In the periventricular and subcortical white matter of both cerebral hemispheres with mainly subcortical localization, some variable-sized lesions are observed showing increased signal intensity on T2 and FLAIR-oriented sequences. They do not limit diffusion or take up the intravenously administered paramagnetic substance. have non-specific imaging characteristics. they could concern chronic micro-ischemic foci, as well as and/or non-specific foci related to headaches - migraines no obvious changes can be seen in the interlobular lobe, the optic thalamus, the basal ganglia and the structures of the posterior cranial fossa

Report didn't say follow up.

Pls assist me in understanding.
