Mri result opinions

Just got my mri results back and haven't yet spoken with my gp but I need to make an appt with him. Just wondering if my results are anything to worry about. I am 39, a nurse and have had problems with my back since an acute injury 19 months ago. Mry mri show
1. A t7-8 disc bulge that indents the anterior cord but no spinal canal narrowing.
2. L5s1 circumferential bulge indenting the thecal scan and causing mild to moderate lateral recess narrowing with the transiting nerve roots. No spinal canal narrowing.
3. C3-4 and C5-6 disc bulge indenting the thecal scan causing mild foraminal narrowing but nerve roots clear and no compression.
I have daily on doing pain, including tingling to both legs and severe pelvic and left front thigh nerve pain along with pressure and stiffness in my thoracic  spine. Any thoughts appreciated.
