Mri results what do they mean help

I have been having pain radiating down my arm and leg for some time now got an xray and mri and this is what I recvd. I have no idea what any of this means
Technique: Multiplanar, multisequence MRI evaluation was performed of
the spine without contrast.
Findings: Cervical vertebral bodies are preserved in height and
alignment. Reactive changes are evident at the C6-7 level surrounding
focal disc disease. At this level there is asymmetric disc osteophyte.
Mild disc disease evident at C3-4, C4-5, and C5-6 as well.
Level by level finding are follows:
At C2-3, no significant disease.
At C3-4, no significant disease
At C4-5, tiny central protrusion with slight ventral thecal sac
effacement but no evidence for cord contact or impingement. No
significant foraminal encroachment.
At C5-6, there is mild broad-based disc osteophyte resulting in mild
foraminal encroachment and mild ventral thecal sac effacement. There
is slight contact and deformation of the cord without high-grade cord
impingement or edema.
At C6-7, moderate disc osteophyte asymmetric to the right central
distribution. Moderate ventral thecal sac effacement with slight cord
deformation. No dominant cord edema however slight impingement
suggested. Mild foraminal encroachment left greater than right
