Multiple symptoms

I have so many symptoms, and they are all getting worse lately, almost to the point where I am having trouble functioning on a daily basis.  I am wondering if all of these seemingly unrelated symptoms could all be caused by my Fibromyalgia, or if there is something else going on.  Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated!  My symptoms are:

Dizziness
Daily headaches
Itchiness all over my body at night
Restless legs
Thinning hair!
Sensitivy to light/blurred vision at times
Ringing in my ears
Unexplained rashes or hives periodically
Bruising easily
Bumps on upper arms
Weak, paper thin, curved nails

My doctor put me on Cymbalta, thinking it would take care of my overall body pain, but it has not helped.  I was also tested negative for Lupus and Reumatoid Arthritis, my thyroid is normal, as is my blood pressure.
Any sugggestions on what is going on?  My doctor is really not helping me and I'm getting very depressed by the whole thing.

Thank you!

Sounds to me Fibro related.  Its one that is difficult to treat/manage.  Make sure you have a physician who is KNOWLEDGEABLE about it; not just takes care of one or two cases every so often.

Secondly, have you talked with your physician about the cymbalta situation?

Thirdy, to me no helps means move on and find someone who is going to be helpful if you can.

Keep us posted;all the best!

Have you had an mri done? And in the thyroid test they did, was your free T3 and free T4 checked? Just some things to look into.
