Muscle Twitches

I have had this twitch in my right eyelid for about 2 weeks now, it doesn't close the eyelid at all and is hard to see if your just looking at me but it is there and very annoying.  Then yesterday after riding my bike my right pointer finger had a really bad twitch for about a half an hour the whole thing was moving uncontrollably.  Now today at school I have a small twitch in my left forearm.  I do have high stress levels and most the time I go to the doctors office they just say it is stress and to work on my stress levels which I have been trying to do.  A lot of forums say one of the causes of these twitches is stress, I just don't know whether I should go to the doctors office or not.

Yes, stress-related.  Magnesium and the B Complex Vitamins are ESSENTIAL to HANDLING STRESS calmly and smoothly.  And stress DEPLETES these nutrients.

Magesium deficiency can often cause twitches, tics, tremors, etc.

Some of the safer and more effective forms of magnesium include: Taurate, Glycinate, and Citrate (the latter can be laxitative -- take with food).

In my opinion, it sounds stress-related.

If these twitches become more often, lasting longer and start to involove more parts of your body, I would recommend consulting a Neurologist.
