Muscle Twitches and Headaches

I have been having muscle twitching all over my body lately. I have also recently developed very bad headaches that come in the morning once I wake up. I have also a hard time remembering everyday things. The other night before I fell asleep I had trouble remembering names and where I was, it only lasted a few moments. I am only 21  years old and I do not consume alcohol or caffeine. I am wondering if I should be very concerned.

Hello.

Memory is part of cognition. Your cognitive functions seem to be slowed down or affected. This can happen in stressful conditions. Do you feel you are going through a lot of stress? Are there any symptoms of depression?

You must also rule out blood pressure changes. Get a physical examination done and get routine blood work done.
