My MRI’s show a lipoma in my filium terminale, what next?

I had a spinal fusion surgery back in 2005. I had minimal relief. Every MRI shows this lipoma which Nobody seems to consider possibly part of my chronic pain issues! How can I get them to check it out in more depth? If a persistent problem, what needs to be considered next? Please help! Since so-called opioid crisis aka illicit Fentanyl Epidemic my medication has been lowered & sometimes denied although
