My left side feels strange

Hello. I would like to start off by stating my height, weight, gender and age. I am 5ft 6in, 185 pounds, male and I am 20 years old. For a while now I’ve been feeling something strange on my left side of my body from the top of my head to my foot. My left side feels much weaker than my right and sometimes I have a slight pain in my forearm and my index finger and thumb at times feel tender when I press down to type or click on something. Also my neck feels like it is always leaning towards the right side and at times it can feel sore on the left side of my neck. I also at times have pain in my lower back but it isn’t a lot of pain just slight pain. My left leg tends to get tired much more and my left foot gets sore when I’m standing for long periods of time and walking a lot. The top left portion of my brain feels as though it is much more tender to the touch than my right side. I also feel as though my left armpit is at times more tender and can feel sort of itchy at times but it is not actually itchy (it’s difficult to explain). Sometimes when I smile the left side of my lip would sort of twitch or stay kind of upwards but then I would focus and it would good down, I quit drinking tea and anything with caffeine and switched only to water and this has helped a bit with the twitch of my lip going up. I do not feel any sort of numbness but at times I would feel slight tingling near the top of my forearm and left thigh near the knee then I change positions and it goes away. It is very slight and only started happening now.

Something’s I would do that help me feel better is for example I would move the left side of my shirt upwards when I would feel uncomfortable due to my shirt sticking closely to my left armpit. I would also move my left foot so it would face more forward when walking. Something’s that help me feel better is when I sleep for long periods of time about 9 to 10 hours and when I used the bathroom (Number 2). Also when I sleep I sometimes have to sleep on my left side because it feels better. My jeans aren’t tight but I would stop wearing a belt and it would feel better on my left side as though the blood can flow more or something of that nature. I would also feel better when I remove anything from my left pocket.

I have no issue walking and typing and doing daily activities. I don’t know If this is just something that’s happening to me due to my weight and/or posture. This uncomfortable feeling in my left side started happening when I was 18 years old and started from one day when I woke up and I thought my neck broke because it hurt to turn it. Then after a week went by I could turn my neck normally. But from that day it feels as though my left side of my neck is leaning right and that it is longer than the right side of my neck. I also have a lot of fat in my thighs which makes jeans feel tighter which doesn’t help. When I wear looser clothing I feel better like a robe but I still feel weaker and like something is in my brain on the top left side.

I spoke to my doctor about this 2 years ago he said to just try and sleep better and that it was from my back. But I have changed how I sleep and it still feels this way and this is 2 years later. My main discomfort points are near my left armpit and the left part of my chest. Also the top left part of my head especially towards the back. And the left thigh; near where the belt goes.

I have looked everywhere and couldn’t find what is causing this. Thank you for reading.
