My little sister is undiagnosed

My 15 y/o sister has episodes where she passes out just randomly.  This has been ongoing for almost two years and has gotten much worse lately.  She now passes out, will start to breathe rapidly, then go into small seizures, and sometimes stop breathing for a short period of time all while unconscious.  In the past she would come out of just passing out after about 1 to 10 minutes she now will be out from 1 hour to 4.5 hours.  She has had many tests done that have shown nothing, Her and my mother are currently at Childrens Mercy, MO awaiting more tests, they just released her Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon she was taken there again unconscious.  They keep releasing her with no diagnoses and no information on how to deal with it.  Does anyone know what this could be?

The side affects of abilify are very scary. Sounds like she's got an overexuberant psychiatrist like my kids had. Found a new one: conservative and willing to REALLY get to know my teen and preteen BEFORE prescribing ANYTHING. Teen is now on Focalin for ADD and doing MUCH better. Preteen, on the other hand, has been fainting for over a year and developed other nuerological, physiological and psychological symtoms. All because of Lamictal and Abilify. Recommend that you do a search for Abilify side affects. She should be weaned off that dangerous drug.

Sorry I didn't include she has high blood pressure but was removed from all of her medication and is now only taking abilify for ADD.  Within the last hour she passed out again at the hospital, the doctors laid her on her stomach instead of her back this time and her breathing remained normal, she seized very little and came out of it within 7 minutes.

Every test has come back normal, In the beginning she wasn't showing any signs of seizure. She was diagnosed neurocardiogenic syncope but doctors have recently ruled that out. Her hearbeat speeds up before some episodes, but not all of them.  She is not overly active and does drink lots of water. Sometimes she can prevent them when she does feel her heart speeding up, but not all of them.  Thank you so much for your help.

Hi,

It is definitely a difficult case to diagnose.
It seems to be a type of seizures with prolonged unconsciousness. Loss of consciousness differentiates a simple partial seizure from a complex partial seizure.
A complex partial seizure is characterized by a loss of consciousness.
What were the results of EEG?
