Neck Surgery

I had my 5-6-7th disc's in my neck fused. Since the surgery my fingers are very stiff after waking up or sitting for a while not using my hands.  Would the nerves going to my fingers have gotten pinched during surgery?
Thank you, Tonya

Yes, I have seen him several times and he says it is arthritis.  I have had ra tests, ulta sound, carpal tunnel, cat scan, mri, blood test for ra, and all say negative.  He says it has to be arthritis.  \\

So, why would I get this 3 weeks after surgery?

Have you reported this to your surgeon?

Sounds like a nerve in the cervical spine is irritated.  Some of the nerves in the cervical spine innervate the hands/fingers.
