Need help with my MRI reading plz

Hi all I really need your help to understand this result.
I've see two different  neurologists that were not helpful at all.
They did not answer any of my questions they just asked me some questions check my neurological signs asked me to walk back and forth then dismissed me.

Here is my brain MRI result.
Two mounths ago I got the open brain MRI result saying that I have several nonspesific punctuate flair within both frontoperital lobs primerly peripheral in distribution.

My age is 37 and the radiologist stated that in my age this findings are atypical.

In the impression he added this

Tiny scattered frontoperital flair hyperintensities are distributed largely peripheral. In this pationet with this age with this MRI it could be due to variety of etiologies. Such as inflammation, vascular, demyelinating and not completely excluding Vasculities.

I don't understand that if the radiologist suggests all those conditions and further investigations then why these doctors dismissed me without doing anything else.

Sorry, I saw the other post first.  I don't know why the neurologists did not explain the findings. I also find the testing in the office to be silly.
I would ask around to friends, doctors you do like and try to find a more compassionate neurologist.  I don't know what symptoms led you to have the MRI, however, it seems crazy that the doctor is not addressing the MRI findings and your previous symptoms with you directly. As I stated in my other post, the reasons for the non-specific findings can vary so much that is can take a bit of testing to determine the cause, but at a minimum they should request another MRI in a year to look for changes.

It is difficult to comment further without any other information. Please just select one threat to reply in and we can keep it all together here.
