Neuro muscular

Hello,

I need a bit of help sorting out what is going on here. I have quite a while to wait to get in to a neuro-muscular specialist and was referred from a neurologist.

I am having the following symptoms:
**These are newer symptoms and some maybe related to other conditions listed at the bottom and may not be a complete list of all of my symptoms
- tingling in my hands and feet
- pain in my out hip bilaterally and interior hip on the right side
and lower back (no SI joint swelling)
- persistent fasciculations of lower limbs
- pain in my hands w/o swelling

neurologist findings of significance:

knee and ankle reflexes: absent
planter flexor
biceps and tricipes: hyporeflexic

reduced dorsiflexon L ankle. R appears normal
no dorsiflexion of big toe L foot. R appears normal.

Strength:
L: 2+/5  R: 3/5

Immediately noticed bilateral waisting of the intrinsic muscles of the hands
distal limbs are cool to the touch

patient caries dx's for:
- Behcet's disease (diagnosed by rheumatologist)
- autonomic nervous system dysfunction (Diagnosed by cardiologist)
- Dry eye
- migraines
- Raynauds without Gangrene

Medications might be important too. Celebrex 200 mg 2x daily. florinef 0.5mg 1x daily. salt tabs 1mg 2x daily. potassium 40mg 1x daily. vitamin b-12 injection 1x monthly, vitamin d2 50,000 iu 1x weekly, pantoprazole 40mg 2x daily, topamax 200mg 2x daily, symbicort 160 inhaler, albuterol inhaler, restasis, colchicine 0.6mg 3x daily, dexedrine 15mg 1x daily.
